OVERVIEW
Metromile is transforming the claims and customer experience by leveraging machine learning and AI, and now seeks to license those advantages to other insurers looking to digitize, improve combined ratios, and delight their customers with seamless claims experiences.
APPROACH
A master ER Diagram followed by Ontology reports are being generated to track FNOL data being used by Customer and Claims Fraud Intelligence. The goal is to understand how other companies might leverage these models exploring all forms of policy insurance.
RESULTS
This project is currently ongoing and results are under strict NDA agreements.
